The courier and tracking link appear against the order in My Orders once it is dispatched. Until then the status shows which stage the print is at.
An invoice showing the tax breakdown is available to download from My Orders once payment is confirmed.
Claim a quality defect within 7 days with photos for a reprint or full refund, and report shipping damage within 48 hours. Layer lines, colour variation against a screen and ±0.3 mm dimensional variation are not defects.
