  • Place an order (shipping address, payment information)
  • Upload STL files for 3D printing quotes
  • Chat with our on-site assistant (the messages you send it)
  • Contact us via our contact form or email

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your 3D printing orders
  • Provide instant quotes based on your uploaded files
  • Communicate order status and delivery updates
  • Send shipping notifications via SMS and email
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Improve our service and website experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Payment Processing: Razorpay processes your payments securely. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Shipping: Delhivery handles delivery of your orders. We share your shipping address and phone number for delivery purposes.
  • File Storage: Your uploaded STL files are stored securely on Azure Blob Storage.
  • Authentication: Firebase Auth manages your login credentials securely. We never store your password in plain text.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Azure) for data storage
  • Access controls limiting who can view your data
  • Regular security reviews of our systems

5. STL Files

Your uploaded STL files are used solely for generating quotes and fulfilling orders. Files are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your files at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and shopping cart. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics that profile your behavior.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of promotional communications

8. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is retained until you request deletion. STL files are retained for 90 days after order completion unless you request earlier deletion. Messages you send to our chat assistant are retained for 90 days, to help us answer support questions and improve the assistant, and are deleted automatically after that. Feedback you leave about a delivered order — your ratings, comments and any photos of the print you attach — is stored with that order and kept for as long as the order record itself, because it is the record of how the order turned out; your private feedback link stops working 90 days after delivery. We only show your comment or photos publicly if you tick the box giving us permission.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
